My story
Coming from a big polish – ukrainian family everything we do revolves around food. Our love for people is shown by the time we spend in the kitchen. Culinary school opened my eyes to the beauty of fresh pasta. There are so many shapes and styles, that it’s a never ending learning experience. With La Table Gourmande, I aim to share just a little bit of my passion with you, and spread a little bit of this loves with you and your loved ones.

As a chef with 5 years of experience and a degree in the culinary arts, I strive to create the very best products, with the freshest ingredients, and provide them at an affordable price. That means that my pasta never sits on a shelf. I buy locally and seasonally and make everything to order. I want my customers to be able to make quick and easy meals, without compromising on quality, or flavour. Eat like a chef, let me do the work.
